We use only the best flue liners and systems there is on offer, making sure your system stands the test of time. When we install we use the most up to date technology in flue systems flexible and ridged sectional flues.
All of our engineers are HETAS registered and keep up to date with all the latest regulation. So when you have your stove fitted by Williams you can be sure it will fully comply with the latest regulation to ensure your appliance works efficiently and safely.
We issue each and every installation with a HETAS certificate of compliance (a very important document – keep it safe!). And as a premium Smokeless Coal and Log suppliers we can advise you on the best quality fuel to use in your new stove, all at the best prices around and delivered to your door (within our delivery area).
In addition to the installation of your stove we can adapt your existing fireplace to suit the appliance. Or if you haven’t got a chimney/fireplace we can supply a “twinwall” manufactured flue system. We can offer you the perfect feature fireplace or stove to complement the design of your home.

All the stone is cut to size and fitted. In addition, we can offer a bespoke service on fire surrounds.

Step 1 – We arrange a convenient date and time to visit your property and find out what you would like and if you need help in finding that dream. Then we can help and advise you in accomplishing that look. We’ll take into account your existing fireplace (if you have one) and advise you what is possible.
Step 2 – We work out the whole package, making sure it’s as cost effective as possible and fits with your budget. Then we’ll run though the details with you and make any adjustments if needed. Don’t worry, you’ll get a written quotation for your reference.
Step 3 – We work a plan of works including how long it will take and in what order the installation takes place.
Most installations take around a day to complete. If it’s going to take any longer we’ll advise you of this right from the outset.
When our installation team arrive at your property they take time to explain what is to be done and answer any questions you have.
Then they will protect your property, putting floor covering and furniture covers in place, we undertake the installation with as little mess and inconvenience as possible to you. Any existing fireplace and surround will be removed and we’ll take this away, so you don’t have to dispose of it!
